Italy Trip- On Our Way Home

We woke up, walked through Rome one last time, and then boarded a plane. We were all completely exhausted, but fulfilled. The plan rides home seemed longer and more difficult. Our feet were achy and we were so sick of wearing masks every where we went. We flew into Vegas late at night, drove. back to St. George, slept for a couple of hours, then Richie and I drove to SLC to pick up the kids who had been staying with Grandma and Grandpa Garner for Thanksgiving. It was so nice to miss them, and be excited to be with them again. I think we slept one night at the Garners, then we drove the rest of the way home to Idaho. Whew! What a whirlwind.

It was a thousand times worth it. I loved being with all of my siblings and siblings in law and my parents, loved learning so much, loved it all.
