Valentine's Day Shenanigans. We did a little homeschool Valentine party with the Fogles. Doughnuts on a string were a hit! We had our family fancy meal on Valentine's day and went around the table telling each other what we loved about each other. (My favorite)

Took Lindy out on a date to Build a Bear. She got herself a cute bunny and we had a good time together. 

Grandma and Grandpa Garner came up for a big push weekend. We started the long process of removing all of the popcorn ceiling from the house. HOORAY!! We ripped wallpaper off walls too. (tedious process). Uncle Shannon brought his backhoe over to help us move some giant logs by the ditch. 

Davy Boy turned 3!!! I think 3 is one of my favorite ages for kids. He wanted a blue Mickey Mouse cake and to go swimming at the rec center. Easy Peasy.  He got some cool superhero gear and a big train track.  

Other Misc. Homesteading and Homeschooling- including the time a friend called me to help deliver lambs. They were house sitting for our neighbors, the Beckles, and didn't know what to do. I didn't really know what to do either, so I called my neighbor Jeff and he saved the day.  Also, Richie has now completely taken over math with Miles. HUGE relief for me. Richie is much better suited for that. It's so tender to me to watch them work on that together.  Also pictured, we had a book party for finishing "Peter and the Starcatchers". Such a good book! Wow! We also officially got a logo for the farm and had it made into a stamp for our egg cartons! And one of our best goats, Daisy, died in our pasture. It was out of no where and so sad.
