Lindy turns 12!! This means Richie and I got to take her on her special date with the two of us. We went shopping and she picked out a super cute outfit, then we went to Brick 29 and had a delicious meal. :) We celebrated with a family dinner later and she chose Texas sheet cake. Yum! We love Lindy!! She was so ready to be officially 12- she's had the maturity of a much older person for a long time now.
And Gwen is officially 15!! Her birthday present was going to StoryCon, but we did manage to get her some new church shoes and have a yummy birthday dinner. The thing she was most excited about was that she could start doing the driver's ed course :) She's motivated.
Lindy's club volleyball season came to an end. She really improved and came to love the game! I'm so glad she got to do this with Aubree. That meant I got to hang out with Sheerstie a lot too at what felt like endless practices, games and weekend tournaments. :)
The rest of March, including: Miles getting asked to participate as a dance partner in a number for the high school girl's dance team, Benson officially finishing the reading curriculum all the kids have done so far, Lindy and her friends participating in "Battle of the Books" at co-op as the team "the smart cookies":), proof that Miles and Gwen had been participating in MCO (Milenial Choirs and Orchestras) this semester. They finally got their concert outfits.
