March 2025

Lindy turns 11! Lindy had a friend birthday this year. We invited her friends to the park and were lucky enough that it was the first real warm day of the year! I was grateful these 11 year olds were still happy playing on a playground :) I brought shirts and a tye dye kit and that was a hit, as was the silly string. :) Bought a big box of chips, a big stack of doughnuts and those girls were happy campers. :)

                                                                    St. Patrick's Day!

Gwen turns 14!!! She wanted scotcharoos instead of cake this year. :) Instead of a party, we used those funds to get Gwen to Gem State over in Idaho Falls. It was her first time at a relatively large ballroom competition and she did so well! I was so proud of her. We carpooled with the Schelins and we made a few fun pit stops. We stopped at a hot springs off the side of the road and at Craters of the Moon. Mike and Megan let us stay with them and it was so fun for me to catch up with them!!

Miles officially got his license!! Woop Woop!!! Such a weird thing, but man were we so ready to have another driver in the house.

Extras! Lots of homeschool  pics including Gwen and Aubree participating in Wagon's Ho, a Western day where people come and give kids experiences like starting fires, chopping wood, roping things etc.

Valentine's Day! We decorated sugar cookies with the Petersens. Gwen helped make hers and Davy's Valentine's boxes. Lindy made hers. So proud of their creativity!

Lessons with Grandma and Grandpa! They always went above and beyond, often times bringing nourishing yummy breakfast and/or lunch with them, and doing stretching/exercise classes in between the science and history.

Miles's first date! His friend Jaylee asked him to the Legacy Prom. What a great group of kids! It was fun to meet up with Ashlee, Marcie, and Sheerstie to see these kids off to the Prom-for many of them, this was their first date/dance.

Co-op Mom's Conference! This has been a tradition since co-op started. I never venture to stay overnight through the weekend, but I always try and come for a day and participate in the activities. So cup filling to be with all these amazing homeschool moms who get it!

Davy turns 6!!! We let him choose how we spent the day- He chose playing a board game, watching a documentary, feeding the neighbor's horses, going to Costco for lunch, and playing at a park. That night, we had a family party for him. He wanted it to be "Chopped" themed! :) So I put together baskets with different ingredients and divided the kids into different teams. They had to make an appetizer, and entree and dessert. It was chaotic and fun!

Extras. :)
