September 2023

Benson turns 7!!! What a cutie pie! He got his #7 pancake before heading to our first day of co-op! Gwen and Lindy also made him a special slime just for him. We had birthday dinner with Grandma and Grandpa. This was also his first year to have a friend party! We had some extra passes to the trampoline park and invited friends. He requested a pokemon cake and I tried my best. :) We're so grateful for this curious, tender boy.

Friday Night Lights! Grandma and Grandpa Garner are always so kind to come support when they can. 

We didn't have co-op the last Friday in September, so we took advantage of the nice weather and went and hiked Jump Creek with the Millers. 

Other September notables! Another craft fair, crunch labs boxes, birthday party for Gwen's friend.

Miles had his first experience at FSY! And I have 1 lousy picture to show for it. :) He roomed with Hayden and they had a great time!

Gwen and Lindy both did a little rec center session for volleyball! Lindy's friend Aubree got to be in the same session! 

Annual Roaring Springs Day, Gwen having some friends over, Library day with the boys, movie night with the Petersens, Miles made his own CMsquared shirt. I told him about this guy in high school who made this CM squared campaign- it means "clean mouth, clean mind" in order to promote less swearing a vulgar talk on teams and in locker rooms and HS hallways. 

We went to the most beautiful flower farm a friend of mine owns to pick flowers for an Activity Days activity.

We got together with some of Richie's friends from growing up. Brian and Brett Bowman and their families. :) 

Back to School shopping and Miles's first day of seminary!
