 Valentine's Day! We celebrated at co-op and at our science and history group at Grandma and Grandpas. 

I've lost track of how many times friends/moms have called me to see if Miles can fill in as a last minute date for a girl they know. :) The first pic is one of those instances, the second was his first time being asked to a dance in a cute way by his friend Aliyah. They were both so excited, but then the dance got cancelled! They went and had a fun date nonetheless. 

Gwen had the most magical experience with friends! Michelle Cicotte and Jenny Stice offered to take these hopeful writers to Story Con in SLC. They spent the weekend learning from published authors, shopping for treasures, and hanging out with each other. They even got to meet Brandon Sanderson and get a book signed! We told Gwen that she could either have a friend party at home for her birthday this year, or go to Story Con and she chose this. :) 

Our Davy turns 7!! What a cutie pie. We were extra lucky this year that Emerson and Jade were here too! We celebrated with the family and grandma made a really yummy banana cake. That weekend, Davy had his friend party and Emerson was able to come! Jade was feeling sick. He wanted it to be Mario themed. We played Mario bingo, pin the mustache on Mario, and then did a scavenger hunt to find large question mark boxes with gold coins! We handed out lots of gold coins, mario sticksers and mario tatoos for the prizes. We made our own pizzas and then watched the Mario movie! So fun. 

The rest of February! Including proof of the younger 3's Jiu Jitsu class, lunch date for Jaylee's birthday, Bathroom remodel progress, splits with the missionaries, co-op stuff, and Benson getting to participate in a pinewood Derby for activity days. I think he actually won 2nd place overall! It was really cute to watch him try to play it cool, even though he was so excited!
