New Baby Goats on the farm!
Conference Necklaces :)
Had the Bacons over to dinner. Lots of our kids line up in age, but I'm grateful Lindy has a friend in Aubrey specifically!
We bred Daisy to the Roger's chocolate lab. The Rogers are the folks that gave Daisy to us in the first place, and they generously let us use their lab as a stud for free. We bought a makeshift whelping box and prepared the best we could. Daisy went into labor late one night. I tried my best to be her doggy doula. After a few pups were born, Lindy woke up, then Gwen, and by the morning, all the kids had made their way to the school room and watched Daisy bring 12 pups earthside! Daisy handled everything like a champ and was an amazing mother. She knew how to divide the pups into 2 groups of 6, turn her back to one group while she nurses the other, then switches. Amazing!
Easter Shenanigans!
Jacob and Julia got married!! Wahoo!! It was a whirlwind trip, but it was so good to see everyone and celebrate with them! We love Julia- she is the perfect match for Jacob.
Extras from April, including Davy wanting to cook things all the time, setting off rockets with Grandpa Garner, a black eye Lindy woke up with that she had no idea how it happened, afternoon at Wahooz, Richie sprucing up the dog kennels, last day of teaching co-op with some of my favorite ladies- Sheerstie, Michelle, and Kara Mcbride.
