Easter Celebrations! There is a stake in Meridian who has put on the most awesome Easter event for the past few years. They have the gym set up like the last week of Christ's life, different "stations" around the church to go to, and at the end a "tableau vivant" of different famous pictures of Christ. We did a "last supper" with the activity day girls. We had a relaxed Easter day at home with a Last Supper lunch and a "traditional" Easter dinner with ham and funeral potatoes.
Gwen took a babysitting class at the Rec Center and became officially certified. :) She came up with the flyer all on her own and started babysitting kids in the neighborhood!
Miles got a new electric guitar from his cousin Paris!
He also got himself his first job working for a man in our ward, Steve Svedin, at his nursery. He did lots and lots of weeding and grunt work.
End of year celebration with our co-op friends!
The canals filled up again and the weather was pleasant. The kids love going to "swim" in what they can the "can-ditch". I hesitantly let them go on their own sometimes, but since Davy and Benson were with them, I tagged along this time.
